1. Our Refund Approach
Get Japan eSIM is committed to delivering a service you are satisfied with. However, because eSIMs are digital products, refunds are only available under certain conditions.
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Eligible for Refund
A refund may be issued if all of the following conditions are met:
- The eSIM has not been activated (QR code has not been used)
- The refund is requested within 30 days of purchase
- The issue was caused by a system failure on our end or non-delivery of the QR code
- Whether your device supports eSIM technology
- Whether your device is carrier unlocked
- Whether you have followed the installation steps correctly
- Whether data roaming is enabled on your device
If you have checked all of the above and are still experiencing issues, please contact our support team. Most problems can be resolved with technical assistance.
3. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The eSIM has already been activated (used even once)
- More than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase
- The customer's device does not support eSIM (insufficient compatibility check before purchase)
- Failure to connect due to a carrier-locked device
- Connection issues caused by incorrect setup by the customer
- Refund requests due to personal reasons such as trip cancellations or changes
- Partial refunds for unused data after some data has been consumed
- Network outages beyond our control
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide required details: Include your order number, date of purchase, email address, and reason for the refund
- Review: We will assess whether your request meets our refund criteria (typically within 1–2 business days)
- Refund processing: If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund has been approved, it will be processed within the following timeframes:
- Credit card: 5–10 business days (may vary by card issuer)
- Debit card: 3–7 business days
- Other payment methods: Depends on the payment provider's processing time
You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
