1. Service Overview

Get Japan eSIM provides digital SIM (eSIM) data services for travelers visiting Japan. By purchasing and using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Current Plans:
  • City Traveler (Japan): 3GB / 7 days — $11.99 USD; 10GB / 30 days — $29.99 USD; Unlimited / 7 days — $19.99 USD
  • Multi-country: 3GB / 5–7 days — $12.99 USD; 10GB / 30 days — $32.99 USD; Unlimited / 7 days — $24.99 USD

Secure payment powered by Stripe. Your eSIM will be delivered instantly by email after purchase. No physical SIM required.

2. Activation

The eSIM will activate automatically when it first connects to a supported network in Japan. Your data allowance period begins at this point — not at time of purchase or installation. You may install the eSIM before departing without losing any data days.

3. Device Compatibility

Customers must ensure their device supports eSIM technology and is carrier unlocked before purchasing. Compatible devices include:

  • iPhone: iPhone XS and later
  • Google Pixel: Pixel 3 and later
  • Samsung Galaxy: Galaxy S20 and later

We are not responsible for purchases made on incompatible or carrier-locked devices.

4. Delivery

After payment confirmation, a QR code for the eSIM will be sent to the customer via email. Delivery typically occurs within minutes. If you do not receive the QR code, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@Getjapanesim.com.

5. Usage Policy

Data usage may be subject to fair usage policies depending on network conditions. Our eSIM plans are for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale or redistribution of eSIM QR codes is strictly prohibited.

6. Refund Policy

Once the QR code has been issued, refunds cannot be provided except in cases of technical failure on our end. If you experience an issue that prevents the eSIM from functioning as described, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Device incompatibility or carrier lock issues
  • Incorrect installation by the customer
  • User configuration errors
  • Network outages or coverage gaps beyond our control

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
